Michael White

Michael White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and executive support. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Strategy at TELUS since January 2020, Michael leads a team of approximately 30 individuals and oversees a $20 million capital budget and a $5 million operating budget. Previous roles at TELUS included Director of Technology Strategy and Business Enablement Director, focusing on financial planning, strategy, and problem management. Prior to TELUS, Michael worked as a Consultant at The Caldwell Partners, executing executive search mandates. Michael's government experience includes serving as the Director of Policy to the Finance Minister at Finance Canada and various strategic communications roles at the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada from 2008 to 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of New Brunswick.
