Michelle Conroy

Michelle Conroy is an experienced Team Lead Manager currently working at TELUS since June 2022, following the acquisition of LifeWorks Wellbeing, where Michelle held the same title from February 2018. Prior to these roles, Michelle served as an HR Manager at Lowe's from 2003 until April 2016, focusing on candidate selection and employee policy communication. Additionally, Michelle worked at Office Depot from August 1983 to March 1992 as a District Operational Trainer, responsible for training on policies and procedures, introducing new programs, and mentoring new trainers. Michelle holds a degree from Davenport University.
