Mitch Blobstein

Mitch Blobstein has extensive experience in project management and process improvement, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at TELUS since February 2003, specializing in outbound conversational Artificial Intelligence IVR initiatives. Prior roles at TELUS included Process Improvement Consultant and various System Analyst positions, where responsibilities encompassed project management, stakeholder management, and process mapping. Earlier experience as a Project Coordinator at Plasmont International was preceded by a comprehensive education with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Concordia University, supplemented by studies at SKEMA Business School and McGill University.
