Parco Sin, PhD, is a data-driven science practitioner specializing in people analytics, behavioral science, and machine learning. Currently a Senior Strategy Manager at TELUS, they previously held roles such as Senior Product Manager at System-3 Inc. and Management Consultant at Organization & Management Solutions. Parco's experience encompasses research and analysis positions at prominent institutions, including University Health Network and the University of Toronto, along with teaching at The Royal Conservatory of Music. Parco earned a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and participates in an Erasmus Mundus Exchange Program at the University of Valencia.
