Patrick Barron

Patrick Barron is an accomplished professional currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Citizenship & Community Investment at TELUS since December 2016. In this role, Patrick leads a dedicated team focused on fulfilling the company's social purpose through initiatives such as the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation and various community engagement programs. Previously, Patrick held the position of National Director of Corporate Citizenship & Sponsorships at TELUS and had an extensive tenure as VP of Corporate Communications, where responsibilities included guiding a national communications team and facilitating executive communications. Patrick also has experience in strategic communications for technology and operations. An alumnus of The University of British Columbia, Patrick completed studies there from 1997 to 2001.
