Rene Rousseau is an experienced telecommunications professional with a background in both technical and managerial roles. Beginning at Clearnet in 1998 as an Aviseur Technique and subsequently as a Technicien Telecommunications, Rene gained valuable experience in customer service and mobile radio installation. Since 2000, Rene has been with Telus Mobilite, progressing from a Specialiste RF Operations to roles such as Senior Design Specialist and Design Specialist II, focusing on wireless transport standards and technical support for LTE, HSPA, and other networks. Currently, as Team Manager at TELUS, Rene leads the Standards & Best Practices team. Rene holds a Technologist diploma in Telecommunications from Cégep de Sherbrooke and has pursued further studies in science and mathematics at Université de Moncton and Université de Sherbrooke.
