Rick Caul

Rick Caul has extensive experience in telecommunications and network management, currently serving as a Technical Solutions Architect at TELUS Communications since 2000, where responsibilities include providing technical solutions for managed infrastructure, WAN, LAN, VoIP, UC, CC, and ITIL management for a major federal government national department. Prior to this role, Rick worked at the Department of Foreign Affairs from 1993 to 2000, holding various positions including Network Switching Manager, Design Engineer, and Global Network Manager, where duties involved planning and managing national and international voice services, as well as initiating global VoIP/UC solutions utilizing technologies from Cisco, Nortel, Mitel, and Selsius.
