Rick Jansen

Rick Jansen is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in clinical content development and customer service within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Clinical Content at TELUS since April 2019, Rick manages the creation and implementation of clinical content across three electronic medical record (EMR) systems nationally. Previously, Rick held the position of Western Operations Manager, overseeing three call centers in British Columbia, and has extensive experience in customer service management, having worked as both a Customer Service Team Manager and Team Lead. Early career experience includes providing technical support to physicians and medical staff for the Med Access EMR. Rick further enhanced leadership skills through participation in the Leadership Now program at McGill, completed from 2016 to 2017.
