Sarah Dean is a strategic HR leader and People & Culture Business Partner Manager at TELUS, where they support a national and international team of over 2,500 members. Since 2008, Sarah has partnered with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and transform workplace culture, leading to significant improvements in employee engagement. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at TELUS from 2006 to 2011, where they successfully implemented recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Sarah holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Digital Enterprise Management from the University of Toronto and a Digital Communication Certificate from Sheridan Institute of Technology.
