Scott Douglas has extensive experience in leadership roles within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director at TELUS since July 2018, Scott is responsible for the sales, support, and development of key business strategies for 85 TELUS stores in Central Canada, managing a team of over 700 members. Prior to this, Scott held various positions at Koodo Mobile from 2013 to July 2018, including Regional Manager and National Manager - Retail, leading key business strategies and overseeing a significant workforce. Earlier experience at TELUS included roles as Team Manager, Marketing Manager, and Learning Development Manager from 2008 to 2013. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University.
