Sean Willy

Sean Willy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate responsibility, human resources, and indigenous relations. Currently serving as a Board Member at TELUS since May 2021 and President and CEO of Des Nedhe Group since August 2016, Sean has successfully led initiatives focused on community engagement and sustainable development. Previously, Sean held various leadership roles at Cameco Corporation from January 2008 to July 2016, including Director of Corporate Responsibility and Manager of Corporate Indigenous Relations, where responsibilities encompassed the management of teams and strategic direction for corporate social responsibility programs. Sean's career also includes significant roles at Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. focusing on human resources training, industrial relations, and community-based initiatives. Sean holds a B.Comm in Human Resources from the University of Saskatchewan and completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2022.
