Shawn Oh is a highly motivated professional with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Manager - DevOps Engineering at TELUS. Previously, Shawn held various roles at TELUS, including Scrum Master and Senior Business Systems Analyst, where they facilitated agile transformation initiatives and managed multiple scrum teams. Shawn's hands-on experience with the entire SDLC process has contributed to their solid track record in project management and system improvements. They graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 2004.
