Sunny Bains

Sunny Bains is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in information systems and strategic management at TELUS since January 2014. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Systems in Business & Partner Enablement DevOps, Sunny oversees a team of 30 and manages multi-million dollar projects, driving technology strategies and fostering high engagement within the team. Previous roles include Senior Strategy Manager positions where Sunny led digital transformation initiatives, developed shared services strategies, and improved project management governance. Sunny has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership at the University of Victoria. Additionally, early experience at Teradici as a Co-op Firmware Engineer and Associate Quality Engineer contributed to a solid foundation in technology and project management.
