Tom Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy development and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Strategy Development for SmartHome Security & Secure Business at TELUS since April 2013, Tom leads cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of significant programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving profitable growth. Prior to this role, Tom was a Senior Manager at Accenture from May 2004 to April 2013, where expertise in systems integration and consulting was applied to manage complex projects for clients across North America. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Marketing and Management of Information Systems from The University of British Columbia, earned between 1999 and 2004.
