Tom Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy development and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Strategy Development for SmartHome Security & Secure Business at TELUS since April 2013, Tom leads cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of significant programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving profitable growth.
