Travis Powell

Travis Powell, CPA, is an established Finance and Treasury professional currently serving as the Director and Assistant Treasurer at TELUS. With over 11 years of progressive experience, Travis has developed strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external financial partners while championing change management initiatives. Notable accomplishments include the issuance of 26 debt capital markets tranches exceeding $16 billion and the implementation of a $1.6 billion receivables securitization program. Additionally, Travis serves as a Pension Trustee for a plan governing assets over $5 billion and mentors CPABC candidates. Travis holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business.
