Wade Domries

Wade Domries is the Vice President of Total Rewards at TELUS, where they have worked for over 20 years, specializing in strategic planning and execution across various domains, including marketing and contact center operations. In their current role, Wade oversees compensation, benefits, pensions, well-being, and team member experience initiatives. Previously, Wade held multiple leadership positions at TELUS, including Vice President of Consumer Customer Experience and Marketing. They are actively involved in community initiatives, having served as Assistant Coach for a girls U18 soccer team and as President of the ArtStarts Board of Directors. Wade also holds a BCom in Marketing from The University of British Columbia and is a current member of the Board of Directors for Concert Properties.
