Yue Li

Yue Li is a senior design specialist at TELUS, where employment commenced in August 2022, and also serves as the chief executive officer and founder of Pigeon Communications Limited since September 2021. Additionally, Yue Li has held the position of postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Victoria since October 2018. Previous experience includes working as a standards engineer at Huawei Technologies from August 2008 to September 2013, focusing on the design and evaluation of WCDMA and LTE(-A) standards, while contributing to over 80 patents and submitting more than 50 proposals to 3GPP. Yue Li earned a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Victoria and holds both a Master of Engineering in Communication and Information System and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Beijing Institute of Technology.
