Eric Legault has extensive experience in leadership roles within telecommunications, currently serving as Vice President BCX Service Excellence at TELUS since May 2014. Over the years at TELUS, Eric has held various positions, including Vice President for National Solution Delivery, Specialized Solution Delivery & Support, and Service Delivery Québec, along with a role as General Manager Delivery and Customer Service. Prior to TELUS, Eric worked at Bell from February 2011 to October 2013, advancing to Senior Director of Service Desk and Contract Delivery Management and Vice President of Client Delivery Services. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a BA in Management Information Systems from Université de Sherbrooke, and a College Diploma in Computer Science from Ahuntsic College. Additionally, Eric has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, focusing on leading change, organizational renewal, and negotiation.
