Tyrone Thompson is a seasoned BIM Modeler and Senior Mechanical Designer based in Newark, NJ, with over 25 years of experience in Autodesk CAD software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD. Currently, Tyrone is developing telecom infrastructure for a $600 million initiative to deploy 5G and Wi-Fi throughout the NYC subway system. Previously, Tyrone provided Revit MEP CAD support on significant projects, including the $1.1 billion Combined Sewer Gowanus Canal project and Jean Nouvel’s MoMA tower. Tyrone holds OSHA 30 certification and has collaborated with MTA engineers to create resilient and code-compliant designs.
