Steve Pearce

Steve 'Buzz' Pearce is a fractional design leader and founding partner currently advising multiple organizations while leading design functions at Pleo and tem. With nearly 30 years of experience, they held significant leadership roles, including VP of Design at Monday.com, TravelPerk, and Checkout.com, as well as Global Design Director at Skyscanner and Principal Design Director at Skype. They were a board trustee for the Design Council and actively contributed to promoting high design standards in the UK. Steve's mission focuses on empowering the next generation of designers to inspire positive change through beautiful, useful design.
