Freddy Teo has extensive experience in education and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Head of NACE@TP at Temasek Polytechnic, a center focused on enhancing Workplace Learning and on-the-job training capabilities for companies. Since November 2009, Freddy has managed the center from its inception, overseeing resource planning, market development, and strategic goal fulfillment. Freddy has also held positions as Senior Manager and Section Head in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, promoting innovation mindsets and leading teams of educators. Previous experience includes entrepreneurship in the food and beverage industry at Muffins Marvel LLP and roles as Process Engineer at Lam Research and Research Engineer at ST Marine. Freddy holds multiple degrees from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, including a Master of Science in Technopreneurship & Innovation and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Production Engineering, as well as a Master of Science from Stanford University in Technopreneurship & Innovation.
