Jonathan Poh

Jonathan Poh is an experienced aquaculture and agriculture consultant, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Director of Otolith Enrichment since 2017, providing consultancy services to over ten farms both locally and internationally. In addition, Jonathan is the Founder and Director of Ornamental Fish International and holds the position of Secretary General at James Cook University, where responsibilities include lecturing in aquaculture and environmental modules. Jonathan has been an adjunct lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic since 2013 and previously held adjunct lecturer roles at the Institution of Aquaculture Singapore. Jonathan's background includes significant management experience as Executive Manager for the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore, overseeing 83 land-based fish farms. Jonathan's academic credentials comprise a Master's degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Aquaculture, and a Diploma in Life Sciences (Major in Agrotechnology) from the University of Tasmania and Temasek Polytechnic.
