Melvin Ang

Melvin Ang, PMP, CSSBB, currently serves as Senior Manager of Digital Transformation & Operations Excellence at Henkel, where responsibilities include leading global digital transformation initiatives and deploying advanced digital infrastructure, resulting in significant cost savings. In addition, Melvin is an Adjunct Lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic, teaching various data-related courses. Previous experience includes a role at Applied Materials focused on supply chain management and digital transformation, as well as leadership positions at British American Tobacco and engineering roles at Schlumberger. Melvin holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, a Business Analytics certification from Harvard Business School Online, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from the National University of Singapore.
