William See

William See is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Director at Temasek Polytechnic since July 2010, overseeing strategic planning and operations in Aviation and Aerospace training programs, Industry and Partnership Development, Research, Innovation and Enterprise, and Workplace Safety and Health. Prior to this, William served as an Aviation Consultant at Aerodef Asia Pte Ltd from October 2007 to June 2010, collaborating with major aerospace companies to design and develop pilot training systems for the RSAF. William's extensive experience in the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from April 1983 to October 2007 includes roles as a Fighter Pilot and Commander of the Air Force School, responsible for the training and development of Airforce personnel, as well as Deputy Head of Air Operations, where strategic planning and policy oversight were key responsibilities. William holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hon) in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and completed the Command and Staff Course at the Royal Australian Air Force Command & Staff College in 1997.
