Fran Shen

Fran Shen is a seasoned professional in institutional relations with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and public affairs. Currently serving as Vice President at Temasek since May 2016, Fran focuses on macro policy tracking and coordinating high-level interactions between senior management and government officials. Previously, Fran held the position of Associate Director at Temasek, where responsibilities included organizing strategic visits and managing participation in international conferences. Prior roles include National Project Assistant at IOM - UN Migration, collaborating with Chinese ministries on migration management projects, and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Heliren Insurance Brokers, facilitating communication between British executives and Chinese stakeholders. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Interpreting and Translation from the University of Bath and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Chinese Language and Literature from Shanxi University.
