Henry Tan

Henry Tan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of Portfolio Risk at Temasek, a position held since November 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an Equity Analyst at Credit Suisse, and equity research positions at J.P. Morgan, specializing in ASEAN and China/Hong Kong consumer sectors. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Tan worked at HSBC as Manager of Strategy and at the Monetary Authority of Singapore as Assistant Director of Research & Strategy. Earlier career experiences include equity research at AmInvestment Bank Berhad and finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Tan began a career in assurance and business advisory at Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Global Finance from HKUST-NYU Stern and a First Class degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
