Joel Lim is currently the Vice President and Digital Innovation Lead for Data and Analytics Enablement at Temasek, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Joel served as Assistant Vice President and Associate at GIC from August 2017 to February 2022, participating in the GIC Professionals Programme 17/18. Earlier experience includes working as a part-time instructor at First Code Academy, a summer intern at Goldman Sachs, and a process modeling intern at Rolls-Royce. Academically, Joel is pursuing a Doctor of Engineering in Computing and Information Systems at Singapore Management University, expected to graduate in 2027, and holds a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the same institution. Joel also earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and completed an exchange program at the University of Newcastle in 2014.
