Melissa Lim

Melissa Lim is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Vice President of Organisation & People at Temasek since December 2022. Previously, Melissa held the position of Senior Manager, People Operations at Doctor Anywhere from February 2021 to November 2022, and worked at Philip Morris International as Organization Effectiveness Lead and Team Leader for P&C Operations from October 2018 to January 2021.
