Raahul Kumar

Raahul Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate development. Currently serving as Director in the Portfolio Development Group at Temasek since 2012, Raahul focuses on driving value creation in the firm's portfolio companies. In February 2024, Raahul assumed the position of SVP, Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Certis, overseeing multiple teams in areas such as Group Strategy, Corporate Planning, and M&A. Previously, Raahul was a Senior Management Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where work involved long-term strategic planning for TMT and Private Equity clients across North America and Asia. Additionally, Raahul co-founded and served as COO of Redroot, a company specializing in e-commerce and digital marketing solutions for Canadian businesses. Raahul holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has degrees from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Ivey Business School at Western University.
