Shane Xu

Shane Xu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment management. Since October 2009, Shane has held various roles at Temasek, currently serving as Director, with responsibilities spanning Corporate Finance, the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Investment Group, and the South East Asia (SEA) Investment Group, along with recent duties as Staff Officer to the CEO beginning February 2024. In addition to the role at Temasek, Shane is active on multiple boards, including XCL Education and ShopBack as a Board Member, and serves as Board Observer for Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., CARRO, Waresix, Halodoc ID, and CashShield. Prior to Temasek, Shane worked as a Business Analyst at Macquarie Group focused on Debt Capital Markets. Shane holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance from the University of Melbourne.
