Victor Bian is an Assistant Vice President at Temasek, focusing on early-stage investments in Compute Cognition, Embodied AI, and Materials & Energy since October 2025. Previously, Victor served as Chief Operating Officer at HydroX AI, an AI security startup, and as Chief of Staff, Co-Founder, and CEO of Allay Health, a care delivery platform for gastrointestinal disorders.
