Weixiang W. currently serves as the Director of ESG Investment Management within the Sustainability Group at Temasek, focusing on integrating ESG into the investment process to promote portfolio resilience and sustainable returns. Prior experience includes a role as Divisional Director at the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment in Singapore, where leadership encompassed the development and implementation of environmental policies, as well as a concurrent appointment as Deputy Government Chief Sustainability Officer overseeing the Singapore Green Plan. Before that, Weixiang held various leadership positions at the Singapore Economic Development Board, including Vice President/Director of New Ventures, and played a key role in establishing Singapore's Corporate Venturing movement. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside an MBA and certificates in Business Analytics and Sustainability from MIT Sloan School of Management.
