Fagner L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as an Art Director at Corpo 5 Comunicação Integrada. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Designer and Production Assistant at Coração da Selva. Fagner then transitioned to MJV, where they worked as an Innovation Consultant from 2012 to 2015.

In 2014, Fagner L. also took on the role of a Professor at IBTA, teaching courses in the field of Programming for Digital Games. Moving forward, they joined Grupo Tellus in 2015 as a Learning Designer and later took on the positions of Project Leader and Mentor for Education Projects.

From 2019 to 2020, Fagner L. worked at AMcom Sistemas de Informação as a Service Designer, handling process design and solution facilitation for the Municipal Department of Education. In 2018, they co-founded Rede Futurar, assuming the responsibilities of a Co-founder, Service Designer, and Project Mentor for clients such as Fundação Lemman, Instituto Ayrton Senna, and the Brazil Ministry of Education.

Continuing their career progression, Fagner L. worked at Fjord as a Senior Service Designer from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined YDUQS as the Service & Product Design Lead, where they managed teams, mediated conflicts, and facilitated meetings and co-creation workshops for digital product development.

Finally, in 2022, Fagner L. joined Tembici, initially as the Service Design and Consumer Insights Manager and later transitioning to the role of Head of Customer Experience LATAM.

Fagner L. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a specialization in Creative Writing at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, where they were enrolled from 2010 to 2011. Prior to these higher education experiences, Fagner L. completed their Secondary degree in Graphic Design at ETEC Carlos de Campos from 2001 to 2003.
