Rob Bush

CEO - Founder at Temforce

Rob Bush has been in the professional workforce since 2000, when they began their role as Director - Global Telecom Category Manager at UBS. In this role, they were directly responsible for managing around $300M in telecom spend, and was the sourcing interface to IT heads globally for sourcing related requirements. Rob was also responsible for helping to manage budgets, vendors, benchmarking, contract negotiations and project related sourcing initiatives, as well as providing commercial advice to business clients with a focus on client experience and telecom category management. In 2013, Rob Bush founded Temforce and took on the role of CEO.

Rob Bush received their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University between 2010 and 2013. Prior to this, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Prairie State College between 1996 and 1999.
