Dan Fonseca

Dan Fonseca is a Radiological Program Manager at the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security and has been with the City of Tempe since 1987, currently serving as a Fire Captain. They also hold positions as a Master Instructor for Hazmat/WMD Response with the International Association of Firefighters and as an Instructor with the Arizona Division of Emergency Management. Dan was the Western Regional Incident Survey Team Leader at the Hazmat Fusion Center from 2007 to 2010. They earned a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security/Critical Infrastructure Protection from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management/Domestic Terrorism from Grand Canyon University, graduating with honors.
