Gregg Kent, P.E., CFM, Env SP is a Principal Civil Engineer at the City of Tempe, a position they have held since 1998. Gregg earned a Master’s in Public Administration from Arizona State University between 2004 and 2012, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University from 1979 to 1983.
