Joel Guy is an experienced professional dedicated to sustainability and community engagement. Currently serving as a Volunteer City-wide Representative for the United Arizona Employee Association since June 2021, Joel advocates for employee rights and safety within Tempe's largest employee association. Previous roles include coaching debate at Chandler Preparatory Academy, leading the Honor Society for Sustainability at Arizona State University, and managing successful food service operations with notable sales growth at Poke2U/LeftWing Chicken. Joel also contributed to Tempe's sustainability efforts as a Recycling Outreach Assistant. With a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability and a Master's degree in Sustainable Leadership in progress, Joel combines academic expertise with practical experience to drive positive change.
