Kerry Rait, J.D., currently serves as a Judge for the City of Tempe, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Kerry was the Assistant Bureau Chief in the City of Phoenix Law Department from 2024 to 2025 and held various positions as an Assistant City Prosecutor starting in 2007. Kerry has extensive experience in prosecuting complex legal cases and managing teams of attorneys throughout their career. They achieved a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies, alongside minors in Communications and Counseling, and are currently pursuing a Doctor of Law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
