Monique Rodriguez

Monique Rodriguez, MPH, BSN, is currently serving as the Interim Emergency Manager for the City of Tempe. With 15 years of experience as a paramedic and a decade as a registered nurse, they have developed a comprehensive understanding of emergency medical services and patient care. Previously, Monique held a paramedic role at Tri City Fire District and worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse for both Priority Ambulance and PMT Ambulance. They have a strong foundation in emergency management and program development, driving efforts in public safety and operational leadership. Monique is pursuing a Master of Public Health at Eastern Washington University, further enhancing their expertise in health systems and emergency preparedness.
