Tina Sleeper

Tina Sleeper is a Water Resources Manager at the City of Tempe, where they began their role in 2023. Previously, Tina served as a Water Resource Specialist at the City of Phoenix from 2014 to 2017. Tina has also held various educational roles, including English and Reading Teacher at Tempe Union High School District and Curriculum Developer and School Funding Specialist at Edgenuity Inc. Tina's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, as well as ongoing studies toward a Master of Public Administration at Northern Arizona University.
