Ty Templeton

Ty Templeton is an experienced urban planner with a strong background in municipal development and project management. Recent work with the City of Tempe includes roles as Planner I and II, where responsibilities involved advising stakeholders on city development policies, reviewing planning documents for compliance, and representing the city in meetings with developers. Prior to this, Ty held a Planning Technician position, assisting the public with development inquiries, and served as a planning intern. Experience as a General Contractor at Moyers Contracting Inc. included leading a crew and managing contracting efforts. Ty holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Sustainability from Arizona State University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Arizona.
