Amaladoss M has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over several years.

Amaladoss started their career at MRF LIMITED in 1989 as a Senior HR Officer. Over the course of 15 years, they handled various roles within the company, including Quality Supervisor, Production, and Human Resources. During their time at MRF LIMITED, the company experienced significant growth, with the turnover increasing from 250 crore to 1800 crore.

In 2004, Amaladoss M joined EL Forge Limited as Head HR. Amaladoss served in this role until 2009, gaining valuable experience in managing HR functions.

From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Allison Transmission as Head HR.

Since 2013, Amaladoss M has been working at Tempel as the Director of HR. In this role, they are a member of the board and responsible for the overall business sustainability and profitability of Tempel India. Amaladoss plays a strategic business partner role alongside two other directors.
