Alex Rose

Alex Rose is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in growth strategy and international market expansion. Currently serving as the General Manager - International at Temper since September 2022, Alex has successfully launched and scaled the company's first international markets, overseeing recruitment, go-to-market strategy, and sales leadership. Prior to this role, Alex was the Chief Growth Officer at Drover, where responsibilities included managing pricing and data science functions until Drover's acquisition by Cazoo. Alex's diverse background also includes strategic consulting on various projects, and key positions at carwow, including Country Manager and Trading and Performance Marketing Director - International, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Earlier roles included Sales and Marketing Director at Who Can Fix My Car, where monthly job volumes increased dramatically. Alex holds an MA in Business Studies and Spanish from The University of Edinburgh, graduating with Distinction.
