Dave Root has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Dave began their career in 1991 as a Sales & Purchasing Manager at Aurora Electronics, where they led sales teams and managed purchasing for North America. In 1998, they joined Somera Communications as the Director of Wireline Sales, North America, responsible for developing business with major U.S. telephone companies. In 2008, Dave became the Senior Director of Sales at Tempest, where they focused on managing and developing new business with major accounts. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated a highly performance-based and results-oriented leadership style, emphasizing collaboration and loyalty within their teams.
Dave Root attended the University of Arizona from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Business.
