Steven Leonardi

Steven Leonardi is a results-driven VP of Operations with over 34 years of experience in commercial roofing and 15 years in labor management. Currently leading operations at Tempest Roofing, they manage all aspects of the organization while ensuring efficiency and training new hires. Previously, Steven served as a Field Service Superintendent and Project Manager at North American Roofing, where they implemented quality control measures that saved the company substantial costs. Their extensive background also includes managing service departments and quality control for various roofing organizations. Steven holds a degree from Everglades University and is dedicated to achieving high standards of quality and safety in the roofing industry.
