Mariana Nunes

Mariana Nunes has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Mariana is currently the Head of Legal and Compliance at Tempest Security Intelligence since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal and Compliance at ATECH – NEGÓCIOS EM TECNOLOGIA S/A from December 2017 to June 2021. Mariana also held the position of Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer at ATECH – NEGÓCIOS EM TECNOLOGIA S/A from July 2016 to December 2017. In addition, Mariana has experience as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Bradar - Embraer Defesa & Segurança from September 2015 to June 2016, as well as Legal Counsel at Embraer from April 2015 to September 2015. Mariana began their career at Vitopel, where they worked as a Legal Counsel from January 2012 to March 2014 and as an Intern from June 2010 to December 2011. Mariana also gained experience as an Intern at Inglez de Souza e Gentil Leite Sociedade de Advogados from September 2008 to December 2009.

Mariana Nunes earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo from 2007 to 2011. Mariana later pursued further education at the Insper Institute of Education and Research, where they obtained an LLM in Contract Law from 2017 to 2019. In September 2018, Mariana Nunes also obtained the CCPE-I certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
