Phil Wade

Phil Wade possesses extensive experience in operations management across multiple organizations within the telecommunications and distribution sectors. At Somera Communications (2000-2004), Phil served as Director of Operations, achieving significant efficiency improvements and spearheading ISO9001:2000 certification. As Vice President Operations at Sagent (2004-2021), responsibilities included overseeing operational functions and successfully managing a major OEM contract with zero errors for ten months. Early career roles at McKesson involved financial management and operations oversight. In recent positions, Phil has directed operations at Floor Coverings International (2022-2024) and currently leads DC Operations at Tempest. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
