William (Bill) Cook has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. William (Bill) is currently the CEO of Tempi.com, a remote work collaboration platform that they co-founded in 2018. Prior to this, they served as the President and Chief Engineer of Intelligent Systems Research, Inc., which they established in 1999. In 2020, they took over as the CEO and Technical Director of Mindleap Health under a contract with Mydecine Innovations Group. In the late 1990s, they played a crucial role as the Chief Architect of Starbelly.com, contributing to its successful acquisition by Halo Branded Solutions. Bill also had notable positions at Northrop Grumman, where they led THAAD Battle Management/Command, Control, Communications & Intelligence (BM/C3I) system software development, and at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, where they were a Manager overseeing the Command & Control development for the Patriot Program. William (Bill) began their career in the US Army, serving as a Captain and Lieutenant in various roles related to air defense artillery and Patriot systems engineering.
William (Bill) Cook began their education at the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1978. William (Bill) pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering and completed their studies in 1982.
After several years, Bill furthered their education by attending Trinity College of Graduate Studies from 1992 to 1994. During this period, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology.
