Cindy Coy is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in high-level financial management and consulting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Templar Shield since January 2020, Cindy oversees financial operations in a leading Information Security and GRC firm. As the owner of Coy Consulting since October 2018, Cindy provides tailored accounting and consulting services. Previously, Cindy served as Chief Operating Officer at Edgile from January 2006 to October 2018 and was the owner of Cynthia Coy Consulting from June 2006 to April 2011. Cindy began the professional journey at CNET Networks as Corporate Controller from 1996 to 2000. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University.
