David Hourd

David Hourd is a Senior Director specializing in Infrastructure, with over 22 years of experience in delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs), and other environmental evaluations. Currently leading the Infrastructure EIA Team at Temple Group since June 2020, David has previously worked as a Technical Director at Arcadis UK Ltd for 16 years, where they were the lead specialist in SEA and sustainability. They are also a Chartered Environmentalist, holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Impact Assessment and Management from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Southampton. David is based in Manchester and actively contributes to environmental planning efforts and training initiatives.
